Mirko Manfredi is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur based in Hawaii. Mirko and his wife Mia have most recently started their company, Extra Tiny Homes. Extra Tiny Homes, a development company that specializes in quick build, efficient homes, helps provide affordable housing to the people of Hawaii.

Growing up in Oahu, Mirko always appreciated the simple things in life. After moving to California with his wife, Mia, in 1997, he gained a strong appreciation for the minimalist movement. During his time in California, Mirko Manfredi had the opportunity to visit some of Frank Lloyd Wright’s homes. These encounters helped to spark Mirko’s passion for real estate and the modern structuralization that Wright used in his structures. Mirko Manfredi even used some of the ideas he came across in Wright’s homes as inspiration for his current residence in Oahu.

Mirko Manfredi has always been a firm believe in asking as many questions as possible. He contributes his continued success in his many endeavors to his curiosity for knowing as much as possible about a subject. As the eldest of 4 sons, Mirko spent many days working hard with his father on construction-based projects. Throughout his upbringing, Mirko Manfredi had many mentors guide him to the path he is following today. He always found much value in having a mentor and highly suggests anyone starting out new in an industry to find one. Asking all of the right questions (even some wrong ones) is what will get you far in any industry. Mirko Manfredi is a prime example of the fact that curiosity and research are crucial aspects of getting to where you want to be in life.
