Bio: Outside of writing, I enjoy doing things involving the outdoors including hiking, camping, cycling and occasionally running with Camus, my existential Shar-Pei-Labrador-Pit Bull mix, whom I rescued in 2009. I also like to travel a fair amount. I can speak, read and write French and Haitian Creole.
My Beliefs: At Patch, we promise always to report the facts as objectively as possible and otherwise adhere to the principles of good journalism. However, we also acknowledge that true impartiality is impossible because human beings have beliefs. Politics: I'm liberal on most issues though I hold conservative stances on some topics. I am a registered Democrat but have voted for Republicans in some local, state and national elections.
Religion: I am an observant Roman Catholic and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward.
