Phil Seyer, Neighbor

Phil is an author, dance teacher, software engineer, and dance party organizer. As director of Professionals Guild Phil hosts dance parties and mixers in multiple Bay Area cities as well as in the Sacramento Area. His biggest parties are New Year's celebrations at the San Ramon Marriott, the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, and the Hilton Hotel Arden West in Sacramento. Besides hosting huge parties, Phil teaches and salsa, Argentine tango at the Willow Pass Community Center in Concord, California
