Chatsworth Park Elementary School is the oldest school in Chatsworth, dating back to 1880. Although no longer in its original building, some of the same trees that stand today can be seen in historic photos. A true community school, we now serve the local neighborhood children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Chatsworth Park staff are top-notch and our instruction targets Common Core and what our students need to reach academic success. We proudly have a beautiful computer lab and library, as well as a BRAND-NEW science lab, where our students get the chance to visit once a week and conduct science experiments. We are truly honing in on what our 21st Century learners need to succeed in today's world, and we have been honored as one of California's Distinguished Schools.
