Richard Funchess, Neighbor

Richard Funchess is a sophomore at the University of Georgia and majors in Real Estate. Richard has been interested in finance for his whole life, as his father is a financial manager. He is still interested in this field but wants to go into real estate after he graduates in 2020. Richard feels his knowledge in finance will improve his knowledge and grasp of real estate.

Richard is always researching real estate trends along with different financial updates in the world. He is always familiarizing himself with articles from The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Market Watch. Richard has a passion for finding relevant information and trying to come up with his own ways to improve his take on real estate and finances. He wants to be able to make worthwhile investments to grow his real estate business once he graduates.

While at school, Richard Funchess is a participating member of Kappa Alpha Order. He volunteers his time and efforts at UGA HEROs, an organization in Georgia that works with children who have HIV/AIDS. When Richard is not learning or helping others, he is working at Pauley's Original Crepe Bar as a bar back. Richard has a lot on his plate at one time but his ability to multitask and perform superior time management skills has allowed him to complete his tasks with ease.

Richard is an avid baseball fan, as he played the sport in high school. With no time now to play the sport, he follows his hometown team, The Houston Astros. Richard loves to be able to watch a game on TV or catch one at the stadium. Richard also enjoys watching college football and boxing, along with playing a few rounds of Golf when he can.
