Richard Josephberg is real estate developer with over 20 years of experience and founder of Almorli Advisors. Josephberg holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Cornell University, one in law and other in business.

Before founding his real estate company, Richard started a career in Real Estate. However, he soon realized that he has no passion about this career and moved into real estate.

With almost no experience, Josephberg and his team of professionals have done a number of extended researches of the New York real estate market in order to build his strategy to make retail, hospitality and commercial property successful.

Over the past two decades, this developer focused on the development of commercial and residential properties within the area of New York. As a social responsible real estate developer, he specializes in building commercial properties in the low-income neighborhoods with an emphasis on the nonprofit client.

Since his very beginnings, Richard Josephberg has built and sold more than 500 homes and commercial properties.
