For the past several years I've spent my time helping individuals as well as businesses discover the power of their online presence and BRANDING as it relates to their business as well as their job search. As we all know, Social Media has become a fantastic tool for creating amazing communities for use in knowledge-sharing, networking, personal and company branding, finding and attracting potential job candidates as well as aiding a candidates in their job search effort.

With a knowledge and understanding of making online connections, I have had the pleasure of utilizing my experience and training in helping others develop a SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY on both sides of the spectrum. I've been able to tap into my skills in helping organizations FIND POTENTIAL CANDIDATES looking to hire A LIST TALENT on the Executive level, both online and offline, as well as the Executive Job Search Candidate find their next gig.

Most recently, I've been able to lend a hand to Businesses throughout the US in the area of Technical Writing, off-site Marketing and Management and help build community engagement and online traffic.

Today, I am Director of Membership and Marketing at Biltmore Country Club in Barrington, IL.

I am a wife of a Native Italian Chicagoan, a mother of a beautiful red-head daughter and an avid Chicago Bears fan.
