Sierra Dator is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS23317) with a private practice psychotherapy office in Petaluma working with youth, adults, and families.  She has been in the mental health field for over 15 years and is passionate about helping people feel good about who they are and overcoming obstacles.  Sierra specializes in working with children and teens on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavior problems at school and home, ADHD, divorce, bullying, substance use, and healthy decision making.  Sierra also specializes in working with adults with anxiety, depression, transitions, and chronic illness.  Lastly Sierra offers Wise Girl Workshops which is an amazing program for girls in 5th-8th grades focusing on making wise decisions, increasing self-esteem, fostering connections, and decreasing anxiety.
