Susan Leone, a native New Yorker who has resided in Fairfield County for over 20 years, began her real estate career in the 80's managing family properties in Westchester County, NY and was GC for several building projects. She worked as a REALTOR® at Realty3, a boutique landmark office in the heart of Rye, NY, servicing Harrison, Larchmont, Rye and Mamaroneck where her mom, Virginia Leone, has been a top producing REALTOR® for 35+ years.

Susan joined privately owned and managed Higgins Group because of it's boutique yet professional environment.
