Project S.N.A.P., Neighbor

Project SNAP, which stands for Special Needs Assistance Program, is a team of middle school students from Galvin Middle School in Canton that aims to assist students with special needs in the Canton School district. We are trying to reach out to other students with special needs in other parts of the world and are also planning to create a network to share resources, equipment, and best practices to help students with special needs in their daily lives.
