Tyler Lamb, who recently served as managing editor of The Elkhorn Independent and The Courier, weekly newspapers in Wisconsin, is a 2010 communications graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with print media major and multimedia minor.
Tyler began his career as a reporter and assistant editor at The Courier before becoming a regional reporter for the Sun Prairie Star, a sister publication.
Lamb returned to The Courier as managing editor in 2011 and guided the newspaper to a second-place award for most improved newspaper as bestowed by the Wisconsin Newspaper Association at its 2013 convention.
Lamb has won four other WNA awards, ranging from investigative reporting to business reporting.
