Huaxia South Chinese School,Marlboro,NJ, Neighbor

Huaxia South Chinese School, located in Marlboro, New Jersey, was founded in 1997. It is one of the founding schools for Huaxia Chinese School(HXSC) which consists of 22 branches serving great New York areas with over 7,000 students.

The school opens on Saturday from 1:30 PM to 4:20 PM at Marlboro High School, with two sessions of Chinese language classes and one session of cultural classes. The school admits students aged 4 and up of any race, color, national and ethnic origin.

Chinese language courses teach Mandarin, Simplified characters and Pinyin. There are eleven levels for Chinese courses, from Pre-school, Pinyin, 1st grade to 9th grade. In addition, the school also offers Chinese as a Second Language (CSL) for non-Chinese heritage families, Chinese SAT, and Chinese training programs for senior adults.

Cultural classes include children dance, Kongfu, painting, chess, Chinese crafts, Youth tennis, Tai Chi, waist drum dance, Yoga, Chinese dance, Latin dance, and etc.
