Yolanda York Public Affairs Specialist, Neighbor

Yolanda York has been the Social Security Public Affairs Specialist for San Diego County since March 2006. She has worked in various capacities in the agency since 1979. She conducts numerous presentations about Social Security programs to various state, local, private organizations and serves as the Agency contact with news media throughout the county. Mrs. York received her Communication Training from Columbia, South Carolina. She is the current liaison between the Wounded Warrior and Social Security for San Diego County. Yolanda also provides customer service training to Social Security employees.
