New Campus Recreation Director Of The University Of Utah Announced

John MacDonald has accepted the role of director of Campus Recreation Services at the University of Utah. MacDonald brings with him over 16 years of campus recreation experience and an additional 10 years of outdoor recreation and business experience.

MacDonald has taken on additional roles during his time in higher education, including serving as chair of the campus health planning group around COVID-19 at Akron University this past year. He and his wife, Marsita, will be moving to Utah from Akron, Ohio, in August.
