Residents Of Weston's Mobile Home Park In Berlin Weigh Buying Lot
It's one of the largest mobile home parks in the state.

BERLIN, VT — Residents of Weston's Mobile Home Park in Berlin — one of the largest mobile home parks in the state — are weighing whether to buy it and run it themselves. The residents will decide on Nov. 29 whether to authorize the purchase of the privately-owned lot into a "resident-owned community."
Officials hope to finish the purchase by the end of the year, The Times Argus reported.
Cooperative Development Institute consultant Annik Paul said she was helping an interim board of residents explore the potential purchase for much of the year, and a final purchase seems likely at this point.
