Ms. Juliet Tremblay, age 95, daughter of the late Thomas and Maria (Simard) Tremblay, passed away in her sleep at her residence at Gardner Heights in Shelton, Ct. Juliet, originally from Waitsfield, Vermont lived in the area most of her adult life. She was one of ten children and was predeceased by seven of her siblings: Marie Brennan, John, Raul, Roland, Edgar, Lucille Stafford and Joseph. She is survived by a brother Wilfred of Maine and a sister, Gracia Gagnon of Massachusetts. Aunt Juliet is remembered for being devoted to the Catholic church, especially Mother Mary, and she visited many famous shrines to pray to her. She was an avid reader and a very kind and generous person especially to her many nieces and nephews. A private burial took place at Riverside Cemetery in Shelton. Riverview Funeral Home at 390 River Road, Shelton was entrusted with her arrangements.
