Dominion Energy Posts 3Q Profit Of $665 Million

RICHMOND, VA — Dominion Energy Inc., based in Richmond, Virginia, reported Monday a third-quarter profit of $665 million. Dominion said it had profit of $1.03 per share and earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.04 a share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.03 per share.
The energy company posted revenue of $3.18 billion in the period.

For the current quarter ending in December, Dominion Energy expects its per-share earnings to range from 80 cents to $1.
The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.40 to $3.90 per share.
