Bailey's Crossroads Rotary Club Picks Classic Mustang Winner

Classic 1965 Ford Mustang convertible

The winner of this year's Bailey's Crossroads Rotary Club 1965 Ford Mustang convertible was drawn on Sunday Sept. 24 at the Occoquan Arts and Craft Show.

First Prize - 1965 Mustang: Victor Castillo – Falls Church, VA
Second Prize - $500.00: Brent Kronos – Scottsville, NY
Third Prize - $500.00: Joan Taylor - Annandale, VA
The winning tickets were pulled by Occoquan Mayor Liz Quist.
Next year’s car will be a 1966 Mustang convertible. It’s in the shop for restoration and will be ready in April 2018.The raffle raised more than $125,000 that goes to support our charities that include Stuart High School, Wounded Warriors, Glasgow Middle School, Key Center, BritePaths, Stuart Resource Fair, The George Mason University Department of Rehabilitation Science, GoBabyGo, Mason District Police Citizens Advisory Committee, ACCA and many more.
