For the Fall 2020 semester, we would like all faculty to complete a course evaluation survey.

Go to your Google Classroom course page and click the “Classwork” tab on the top of the page.

On the top right of this page, click “Class Drive folder” and your Google Drive folder will open in a new tab.
Underneath “Files” you will see the Google Form faculty survey. Double click it and the form will open in a new tab.
Answer the questions honestly and to the best of your ability. Once you have completed the survey, click the purple “Send” button on the top right.
