Arlington Restaurant Inspections: 115 Violations At 36 Locations

ARLINGTON, VA — Officials from Arlington County Public Health inspected food preparation and storage businesses in Arlington County. From May 26 to June 8, officials inspected 66 businesses, of which 36 restaurants were in violation.

Violations noted below — such as the 11 at Asia Bistro & Zen Bistro & Wine Bar — involve those issues that would typically require a re-inspection if not corrected or those that are more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination.

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.
