The home overlooks Windy Run Park, and has a cherry-paneled study, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen and even a theater, the listing states. The house was built in 2007.

You'll have to fall in love with it, because the asking price is pretty high, even for Arlington. The house's listed price is $613 per square foot, compared to the $437 average for the rest of the county.
