ROSSLYN, VA — Leasing for Aubrey, a luxury apartment tower in Rosslyn, began Monday, with the leasing center open for in-person appointments and its website offering virtual tours of the building.
Aubrey is part of The Highlands, a mixed-use project by developer Penzance in Rosslyn that will include three glass towers at the top of the hill on Wilson Boulevard. “Having the ability to connect with your new community is vital. Rosslyn is Northern Virginia’s most exciting and interactive neighborhood, so we want potential residents to experience that energy first hand,” John Kusturiss, senior vice president of development and construction for Penzance, said Monday in a statement.
Pierce will be a 26-story condominium with 104 residences that will have floor-to-ceiling windows. Sales for Pierce have already started and are being handled by the Mayhood Company.
Evo will be a 27-story apartment building with 449 units, ranging in size from studio to three bedrooms. Leasing for Evo will begin in mid-summer.
The three buildings will be completed in phases throughout 2021, with Aubrey scheduled to open June 1.
