Tom Wilson's '43 Burger' Lends Support To DC Central Kitchen
Clyde's Restaurant Group has opened 43 Burger as part of a collaboration with Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson. The new online restaurant, named for Wilson's jersey number, will feature craft burgers available for delivery in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
Alexandria Restaurant Partners will open its latest concept, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, on March 31 at Robinson Landing. The March 31 opening follows the debut of neighboring restaurant Ada's on the River in January.

Elevation Burger Closes Over Weekend In Vienna
Elevation Burger, a chain specializing in burgers and fries with eco-friendly practices, closed its Vienna location. Elevation Burger's other Virginia locations are in Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, and Ashburn.
Zandra's Taqueria In Manassas Expands, Adds Rooftop Bar
Zandra's Taqueria in Old Town Manassas is expanding to add a rooftop bar and lounge. The expansion will also provide a new facade, additional bathrooms, and new electrical and plumbing systems. Zandra's new bar and lounge will be the city's first full-service rooftop bar
Whitlow's on Wilson, a neighborhood hangout and music venue in Clarendon for 26 years, will be shutting its doors on Wilson Boulevard at the end of June. The owners did not rule out the possibility that Whitlow's would reopen at another location.

SPERGO Entrepreneur, 15, Opens Pop-Up Shop In Pentagon City
SPERGO, a luxury-lifestyle clothing brand, opened a pop-up shop April 1 in the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall. All of SPERGO's previous pop-ups were only open for two or three days at a time. But the Pentagon City location will be open for the next three months.
