Bus Crashes Into Arlington Building
Three people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries.
Arlington County authorities are investigating what caused the driver of an OmniBus to crash through the ground floor of a business on Wednesday.
The crash took place around 6 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street South at Army Navy Drive.
WTOP reported that the OmniBus driver hit another vehicle before veering off the road, crashing into a business located on the first floor of the Lenox Club apartment complex.

Three people were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries--the bus driver, who was the only person on board the bus at the time of the crash; a pedestrian walking nearby; and a person who was inside the business the bus crashed into.
A portion of 12th Street South was closed to traffic for some time following the crash.

Arlington County police said they have impounded the bus, and that the incident is still under investigation. Photos of the accident were posted to the department's Twitter feed.
