A free public lecture on "Irrigation Methods" will be held at the Arlington Central Library (1015 N. Quincy St.) at 7 pm on Wednesday April 11. Water conservation saves money and natural resources. Learn about efficient drip irrigation systems that deliver water directly to the roots, including gravity systems using rain barrels, ollas, and planters. Sponsored by the Arlington Food Assistance Center's Plot against Hunger program and Northern Virginia Master Gardeners. For more information, see https://afac.org/plot-against-hunger/pah-events/
