A free public lecture on "Balcony and Container Gardening" will be held at the Arlington Central Library (1015 N. Quincy St.) at 7 pm on Wednesday April 25. Apartment and condo dwellers can also enjoy gardening on roof decks and balconies by using containers. Learn how to plant containers with vegetables and herbs, creating food and beauty at the same time.
