DC Makes List of Best Cities for Single Parents Looking for Love
A new analysis ranks the best and worst cities for single parents looking to date.

If you have ever tried to date in D.C., you already know it can be challenging, and being a single parent doubles those challenges. But as bad as you think D.C. is, you might actually have it better than you thought, according to a new study.
The study looked at the best and worst cities for dating as a single parent and D.C landed in the top 20 best cities. The District was ranked 13 out of 51 cities, which isn’t too shabby!
The study looked at different factors such as single people as a percentage of the overall population, single-parent households as a percentage of the overall population, cost of living, the median income for single female parents, the median income for single male parents, cost of dinner for two, etc.

Some other cities that made the top list are Cincinnati, OH., Harford, CT., St. Louis, MO., and Detroit, MI.
