DC United To Celebrate Juneteenth At Audi Field
Audi and D.C. United will be honoring the historical significance of Juneteenth on Saturday, with match-day activities for people to enjoy.
WASHINGTON, DC — Audi Field returns to full capacity on Saturday, with a match between D.C. United and Inter Miami CF.
In addition to celebrating a reunion of fans, Audi and D.C. United will be honoring the historical significance of Juneteenth, with match-day events and activities for people to enjoy.
Starting at 6 p.m., there will be the Black-Owned Business Market on Audi Drive near the soccer stadium.

D.C. United has partnered with the Soufside Market to bring several Black-owned businesses to Audi Drive. Fans will receive a tagged clear bag from vendors, which will allow them to bring their purchased items into the stadium.

The Spread Love Band will be performing live in Heineken Hall, which is located on the east concourse near the premium entry at Audi Field. The band will be performing from the time gates open at 5:30 p.m. to kick-off at 8 p.m. and then once again at halftime. Heineken drafts will be available for only $5 to further the celebration.
Special edition Juneteenth scarves will be available in the Audi Field Club Shop on match-day with proceeds going to the Urban Alliance to support their mission of equipping young people with the tools to overcome the systemic barriers that prevent equal access to economic opportunity.
There will be a live rendition of the Black National Anthem (“Lift Every Voice and Sing”) prior to kickoff performed by Melissa Constantin of the Howard University Choir.
