Demolished Courthouse Wendy's Used For Condo Project: Report
The old Wendy's site at Courthouse reportedly will be used as a staging area for constructing a nearby condo project.

ARLINGTON, VA — A developer will be using the site of the demolished Wendy's in Courthouse as a staging area for a new condominium project, according to a report.
The Washington Business Journal reports that Bush Construction is building condos at 2000 Clarendon Boulevard, and the developer will use the old Wendy's site -- owned by Carr Properties -- for staging, citing a permit request that the Arlington Board will consider on Tuesday.
The 2000 Clarendon building will be 15 stories tall and have 87 units with around 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, replacing a three-story office building at the current location, WBJ reports.
