How Hot Will It Get Friday?

“Rain” looks like the story this weekend, but before we get there, the story is ”hot.”

Temperatures on Friday are expected to get close to 80 degrees before a storm system moves in late Friday and early Saturday.

Area highs are expected to reach between 77 degrees and 79 degrees.

How short is this hot minute in the upper 70s? Come Sunday, the high is 55.

We’ll be back in the 60s by mid-week, according to the National Weather Service, but enjoy Friday’s temperatures while you can.
