Indecent Exposure Arrest Made In Rosslyn: Police Report

ROSSLYN, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a man in connection with a Friday afternoon indecent exposure incident in Rosslyn, according to the daily crime report.

Around 1:37 p.m., police responded to the report of an exposure incident on Wilson Boulevard at N. Lynn Street. Officers learned that the victim saw a man in an alley adjacent to a Rosslyn business exposing himself and masturbating. After observing the suspect exposing himself, the officers took him into custody without incident.

ACPD arrested Edgardo Ramon, 38, of no fixed address, and charged him with indecent exposure. Ramon was released on a summons.
