Indecent Exposure By Ride-Share Passenger Under Investigation

Arlington police are investigating two indecent exposure incidents that occurred this week, one involving a ride-share passenger.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for two men who indecently exposed themselves in two separate incidents around the county this week, according to the daily crime report

In the first incident, an off-duty officer pulled off the road to help a driver in distress around 11 a.m., on Monday, on Arlington Boulevard at Glebe Road. The officer learned a male victim working as a ride-share driver when he noticed a passenger exposing himself and masturbating in the back seat of his vehicle. When the driver pulled over, the man left the vehicle and ran away.

Police described the suspect as a Black man in his mid-20s, standing 5-foot-10 with a slim build. He was wearing a pink shirt and had long dreadlocks.

In the second incident, officers responded around 12 p.m., on Tuesday to the report of an exposure in the 100 block of North Thomas Street. The victim told police she was cleaning around an apartment building when she noticed a man exposing himself through an apartment window. He then began masturbating.

Police described the suspect as a tall Black man, about 45-years old with a skinny build.
