Jorge G. Manansala, 76 of Arlington, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday March 6, 2015 at the Capital Caring Hospice. Born in Manila, Philippines to Gavino and Maria Manansala.
Jorge is survived by his wife Carmelita, son Larry, daughter Maria McCowan, son-in-law John McCowan and grandchildren he loved dearly, John and Kobe. Jorge was a passionate and generous man who enjoyed life. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking and was a collector of various items, such as art and books.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 11, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at National Funeral home in Falls Church, Va and the Funeral Service and burial on March 12, 2015 at 11:00am. Memorial Donations may be made to St Judes Children’s Research Hospital
