Man Arrested For Arson, Burglary Of Arlington Business
Police arrested a man accused of breaking into an Arlington business and setting it on fire last week.

ARLINGTON, VA — Police arrested a man accused of breaking into an Arlington business and setting it on fire last week.
Jimmy Andrews, 44, of no fixed address was arrested Thursday and charged with Arson, Arson while committing a Felony, Burglary and Grand Larceny, police said.
Firefighters responded to the report of a fire at a business on Columbia Pike at about 4:14 a.m. April 13. The Fire Marshall requested the assistance of the Arlington County Police Department after extinguishing the fire.

Investigation revealed the suspect forced entry into the business at about 3:22 a.m. He stole merchandise before intentionally setting a fire and fleeing the area on foot, police said.
ARLnow identified the business as Legend Kicks & Apparel at 2617 Columbia Pike.

Surveillance video shows the man walking in the area of the business.
At about 4 a.m. Thursday, police saw a man walking in the area of Columbia Pike at S. Walter Reed Drive matching the description of the suspect.
The man was identified as Andrews, and he was found to be in possession of an item of value allegedly belonging to the victim business, police said.
Andrews was arrested about 360 feet from Legends Kicks & Apparel, ARLnow says.
Andrews is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
