Pet Of The Week: Cesar Is A Laid-Back Boy With Regal Good Looks

ARLINGTON, VA — Cesar lives his life with a perfect mix of attentiveness and independence. The 7-year-old orange tabby cat has a laid-back demeanor and regal good looks.

The gorgeous boy, who is available for adoption from the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, has the curiosity of a kitten, with the softened personality of an adult male. He freely vocalizes for food and engages in immediate play. Cesar is a joy to have around and was an instant member of his foster family’s household.

His favorite things are: wand toys, balls that make noise and that he can bat around, anything fish smelling, and temptations treats.

Cesar is not so into: overly stimulating play. Be sure to practice basic caution when exposing or mingling the hands with toys to ensure you don't become part of the game.

His special talents are vocalizations, engaging play, and fearless exploration.

Cesar’s perfect day would be:

• Lots of play with wands and ball toys that make noise where he can chase them around the house.
• Window views where he can see outside or sit in the sun.
• Lots of quality time with his human

If Cesar was an ice cream flavor, he would be orange sherbet! He has the perfect blend of a silky-smooth demeanor and gate with some tangy hyper play that leaves a human feeling delightful after any interaction.

Cesar is best suited for a home without any other pets, according to his foster family.
