ARLINGTON, VA — Meet Cesar, an adult domestic short hair cat who is looking for his forever home with the help of the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.

This handsome boy is super affectionate and active cat, according to AWLA:

"The honest truth is that 90 percent of the time, Cesar is an extremely loving, affectionate lap-cat who likes potato chips a little 'too' much," AWLA bio says. "The other 10 percent of the time (his ‘spicy' time) he is a demanding, opinionated guy who will lightly (or not-so-lightly) bite you to let you know he's displeased with you."

The bottom line is that Cesar likes to stay busy. He's harness-trained and enjoys walks in his stroller. He also loves to hunt fuzzy little things.

Now that the Arlington County Animal Shelter has reopened for in-person visits, why not send an email to schedule an appointment to visit Cesar during adoption hours?
