Pet Of The Week: Leah Has A Particularly 'Boop-able' Snoot
Animal Welfare League of Arlington is helping Leah, an 8-year-old spayed female mixed breed, find her forever home.
ARLINGTON, VA — If you would describe your dream dog as a snuggly couch potato who occasionally gets the zoomies and has a particularly boop-able snoot, we've got your dream girl and her name is Leah.
Leah, an 8-year-old spayed female mixed breed, has been hanging out in a foster home and is now ready to find her new family and best friend. Leah's foster mom describes her as “well behaved and the best companion you could ask for.” She likes going for walks and running around the backyard but is just as happy to snuggle up under the covers with you. Leah is house-trained, and knows a whole host of cues: sit, stay, shake, lay down, and she knows how to ring bells on the door to go outside. Did we say "dream girl"?!
If you are interested in adopting Leah, please send an email to awla.foster.lorena@gmail.com to arrange an initial virtual meet and greet with the pet’s foster parent or a staff member. They will reply to you within 24-48 hours.
