Police Report Indecent Exposure in Crystal City

Arlington police have made an arrest in an incident in which a man is accused of exposing himself near a food court at the Crystal City Shops.

The offense was reported at 12:05 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of South 18th Street. According to police, a man exposed himself to a another man at the entrance of a public restroom. He told the victim he had something to show him, got to the bathroom door and exposed himself, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said.

David Whitney, 58, of Arlington, was arrested on the scene and charged with indecent exposure. He was held on an unsecured bond.
