This is no ordinary event. It is an example of the “Arlington Spirit” and of a community that comes together to support a family that has experienced an unimaginable loss, but has taken that pain and channeled it into a foundation that supports research to end childhood cancer, supporters said in a news release about the event.
It is a fun event, with great raffle prizes. By many accounts, it is a premier Arlington social event that takes place on a no-school day.
