Three Rescued from Potomac After Boat Capsizes

Incident happened near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Three boaters were rescued from the Potomac River late Monday after a vessel capsized near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, according to WTOP.

The incident happened just before 10:30 p.m. Monday, according to the DC Fire Department. Three people were believed to be on the boat and firefighters had no word on their condition, according to the report.

The cause of the incident is being investigated.
