Inauguration Day is going to bring scores of outsiders desperate for a place to stay, and locals in Arlington are certainly going to take advantage of that. While most of the properties posted on AirBnB are reasonable, there are some truly outrageous listings that must be seen to be believed.

We can't fault these people for trying to get the most out of their abode. But based on both price tag and what they offer, the following listings in the area may be a bit overboard.

All of the following listings cover a three-night period from Jan. 19-22.

1 bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (Pentagon City)

Cost for three nights: $4,429

If you snatch up this apartment in Pentagon City for that price, you've made the owner very happy by paying for three months worth of rent in an already expensive location.

1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (Ballston)

Cost for three nights: $5,403

Pinch yourself, you get the "WHOLE APARTMENT TO YOURSELF," as the listing states. All you have to do is pony up more than five grand.

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (Lyon Park)

Cost for three nights: $6,360

This one offers a good bit more space than the two above, but it'll cost you an insane $6,360 for three nights.

1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (Rosslyn)

Cost for three nights: $8,030

This listing boasts "opulence on the river." It may very well be luxurious with awesome views, but it also only gets you a single bed.

3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house (Pentagon City)

Cost for three nights: $31,800

Got nearly 32 grand to blow in three nights? This lovely home in Pentagon City is just the place to do it. But there's real value here: the hosts are offering a "complimentary fruit & cheese platter w/bottle of wine upon arrival."
