Weather Advisory: Line of Strong Thunderstorms Moving East

The National Weather Service has issued a Weather Advisory about a line of strong thunderstorms moving east toward the I-95 corridor impacting Alexandria, Arlington and Falls Church and surrounding areas.

The storms are moving 25 MPH packing winds of excess of 40 MPH with pea size hail possible.

The alert was issued Thursday at 1:38 p.m.
