Here's a list of cut-your-own Christmas tree farms located in Loudoun County. Many of the farms start selling trees in November.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Are you interested in cutting your own Christmas tree this year? Here are 11 Christmas tree farms located in Loudoun County, according to Loudoun Farms. At these farms visitors can choose-and-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, poinsettias, and other homegrown holiday items. Holiday activities at some of the farms include fire pits, tractor rides, seeing farm animals--and much more! (See below for activities available at each farm.)

1. Blue Ridge Tree and Berry Farm, 13879 Bronco Ln., Lovettsville

- Varieties: Blue Spruce, Canaan Fir, Concolor Fir, Norway Spruce, Scotch Pine, White Pine.
- Activities: Warm up by the Dancing Bear fire pit. Enjoy warm cider and hot chocolate. Candy canes for kids young and old!
- Prices: $75 for any tree; cash, check and credit cards accepted.
2. Country Loving Christmas Tree Farm, 40824 Red Hill Rd., Leesburg
- Open: Black Friday, Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. through December 18.
- Varieties: Fraser Fir, Norway Spruce, Scotch Pine, White Pine.
- Other Items: Wreaths, garland, pine roping, tree stands, tree food, etc.
- Prices: $10/foot. Visa/Master Card, checks and cash.
3. Day Star Farm, 41374 Reservoir Rd., Leesburg

- Open: Saturdays, November 26 and December 3 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Sunday afternoons, November 27 and December 4 from 1 - 5 p.m.
- Varieties: Blue Spruce, Concolor Fir, Norway Spruce, Scotch Pine.
- Prices: Scotch Pine $40, Norway Spruce and Concolor Fir $50, Blue Spruce $60. Now accepting credit cards.
- Open: November 25 and weekends only until Christmas; from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Varieties: Blue Spruce (up to12 feet), Canaan Fir (up to 8 feet), Concolor Fir (up to 8 feet), Norway Spruce (up to 14 feet), other Fir (up to 8 feet). Container-grown Blue, Norway, Serbian Spruce; and Concolor Fir.
- Prices: $75 each up to 10 feet; $100 each taller than 10 feet; pre-cut trees (from this farm) $40.
5. Lowelands Farm, 21344 Steptoe Hill Rd., Middleburg
- Open: November 25, 26, 27 and December 3, 4, 10, 11 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- Varieties: Canaan Fir, Colorado Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir, Norway Spruce, White Spruce and a few pines. Freshly cut Fraser Firs up to 12 feet.
- Other Items: The Christmas shop has fresh wreaths made on the farm, fresh evergreen roping and garlands, unique handmade ornaments, beeswax candles, and Lowelands Farm Fine Foods (honey, herbed vinegars and cider mulling spices). Indoor restroom.
- Activities: Visitors welcome into the farm kitchen for a free cup of hot mulled cider and gourmet food tastings! See farm animals: horses, sheep, Chincoteague ponies, Scottish Highland cows, mini-donkeys. Dogs welcome on leashes.
- Prices: Trees starting at $25. Tabletops $10-15. Visa/Master Card, American Express, checks and cash.
6. Middleburg Christmas Tree Farm, Christmas Tree Ln., Round Hill
- Open: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving. Fridays in December 1-5 p.m.
- Varieties: Colorado Blue Spruce - 1,642 trees over 6 feet, Concolor Fir - 283 trees over 6 feet, Douglas Fir - 1,907 trees over 6 feet, Norway Spruce - 1,272 trees over 6 feet.
- Activities: Picnic tables, restrooms. Clients are encouraged to bring their own picnics.
- Prices: $75 up to 6 feet + $10 per foot over 6 feet.
7. Milltown Creek Tree Farms, 38757 Householder Rd., Lovettsville
- Open: Starting Friday after Thanksgiving at 9 a.m. Open weekends 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., weekdays 12 noon - 5 p.m. Check website for updated information and closing date.
- Varieties: Choose-and-cut from 100 acres of Blue Spruce, Concolor Fir, Douglas Fir, Norway Spruce, Scotch Pine, Southwestern White Pine, White Pine, White Spruce. Trees range in height from tabletop to 15 feet. See website for specific tree variety availability.
- Other Items: Fresh-cut trees also available. Wreaths and roping available. Christmas Shop (open Saturday and Sunday only), including handmade ornaments, tree stands, complimentary hot cider and other gifts for children.
- Activities: Scenic views, wagons and farm equipment, and life-size cartoon caricatures for picture taking opportunities.
- Price: $30 - $90 for trees in the field, pre-cut specials $20 - $40. Only checks or cash accepted.
- Open: From 11 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on November 25 and each weekend through December 11. Open until Christmas by appointment.
- Varieties: Blue Spruce (up to 12 feet), Norway Spruce (up to 12 feet), Scotch Pine (up to 12 feet).
- Other Items: A variety of charming gifts and decorations.
- Activities: Dogs are family therefore embraced (but please bring a leash). Bow saws and twine are provided. Pruitt's Little Farm has a hard-working, experienced team to provide tree baling* and secure loading of your tree; they’ll even cut your tree if needed! (Gratuities are greatly appreciated). *Please note that extra large or very wide trees cannot fit through balers.
- Prices: Scotch Pine $50; Norway Spruce $60; Blue Spruce $70.
9. Snickers Gap Tree Farm, 34350 Williams Gap Rd., Round Hill
- Open: Friday, November 25 at 9 a.m. open weekends 9 a.m. - dark, weekdays 12 noon - dark. Check website for updated information and our closing date.
- Varieties: Colorado Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir, Norway Spruce.
- Other Items: Wreaths made at the farm from their own greens, panoramic views of the Loudoun Valley, various local seasonal items for sale. Food items available at Finn’s Snack Shack near the main barn, restrooms located at parking area and in main barn.
- Activities: Tractor ride between main barn and large gravel-based parking area on the slope of the Blue Ridge with views of the Loudoun Valley and beyond.

10. Stonehaven Farm, 37268 Bolyn Rd., Purcellville
- Open: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 25-27 and Saturday and Sunday, December 3-4.
- Varieties: Canaan Fir, Colorado Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir.
- Other Items: Honey and Fresh Farm Eggs.
- Prices: $60 up to 9 feet, $80 over 9 feet.
11. Wolff Tree Farm, 39314 Still Meadow Lane, Hamilton
Open: Saturday and Sunday November 26-27 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; weekends through December 18 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Varieties: Colorado Blue Spruce and Fraser Fir trees. Trees range from 6 feet to 24 feet. All fresh in-ground trees have been shaped and pruned for the season.
- Other Items: Free hot chocolate and baked goods.
- Activities: Local high school volunteers for tree loading assistance. Complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. Antique wooden sleigh for family photos. Bonfire and picnic tables to relax and enjoy the festivities. Dogs welcome on leash. Convenient parking.
- Prices: $10 per foot. Cash, check or credit card.
