2 Young Girls Sexually Assaulted in Restaurant Bathroom in Ashburn: LCSO

A registered sex offender allegedly followed 2 young girls into the bathroom of a restaurant where he worked and sexually assaulted them.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A Sterling, Va. man is in custody after he allegedly sexually assaulted two children on November 13 inside a bathroom at the Elevation Burger restaurant in One Loudoun in Ashburn, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that the suspect, Luis F. Ore, 20, followed the two girls into the women’s bathroom of the restaurant around 8 p.m. where he held them against their will and sexually assaulted them.

The ages of the girls are not being released to help protect their identities.

The suspect is a registered sex offender and was taken into custody inside the restaurant where he works.

He was charged with two counts of abduction and two counts of sexual assault of a person under the age of 13, according to the LCSO.

The Elevation Burger franchise issued the following statement:

"The Elevation Burger family was deeply saddened to learn of the events at one of our franchise locations on Sunday, November 13, that led to the arrest of a now former employee. We send our most heartfelt concern to the individuals and their families involved. Our customers and communities are our priority and without equivocation, the arrested employee was immediately terminated. Elevation Burger is currently investigating the internal processes for which he was hired. Our main focus is actively cooperating in this ongoing criminal investigation."
