Alleged DUI Driver Crashes into 2 Vehicles, Flees Scene
A man was charged with Hit-and-Run and DUI after allegedly crashing his vehicle into two vehicles in Sterling on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 6.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — An allegedly DUI Waldorf, Md. driver crashed into two vehicles in Sterling and fled the accident scenes, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).
Deputies say that they responded to the location of Harry Byrd Hwy/Cascades Pkwy in Sterling on Sept. 6 at 3:15 p.m. in reference to a property damage accident. The driver fled the scene prior to LCSO arrival.
The driver then struck a second vehicle a short distance from the initial scene.

The driver was identified as Kermit K. Warner, 64, of Waldorf, Md.
Warner was arrested and charged with two counts of Felony Hit and Run, DUI, and possession of an open container.

Warner is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to the LCSO.
