Ashburn Woman Killed, 6 Injured in Crash: Police
An Ashburn woman was killed and 6 injured in a crash after a motorist allegedly ran a red light. A child, 3, was ejected from a vehicle.

ASHBURN, VA — An Ashburn woman died from injuries resulting from a two-vehicle crash on Friday, Nov. 25 at 1:19 a.m. on Loudoun County Parkway at the intersection of Gloucester Parkway in Ashburn, according to the Virginia State Police (VSP).
Police say that according to witnesses, a 2006 Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling north on Loudoun County Parkway when it failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of Gloucester Parkway. A 1997 Toyota sedan was traveling west on Gloucester Parkway and had the green light. The pickup truck struck the Toyota.
The driver of the Toyota, Zabihullah Haiderian, 36, of Ashburn, and four of his passengers suffered injuries ranging from minor to serious, and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.

A fifth passenger, Maria Haiderian, 37, of Ashburn, was transported to Fairfax Inova Hospital, where she died later Friday morning.
Two children received serious injuries in the crash and were transported to Fairfax Inova Hospital, according to the VSP. Armaghan Haiderian, 3, was not in a child safety seat and was ejected from the vehicle. Masha Haiderian, 5, had been secured in a booster seat at the time of the accident.

Two adults were transported to nearby hospitals. Jamshed Noori, 27, for treatment of serious injuries, and Naweed Noori, 26, for treatment of minor injuries. They were both wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, according to VSP.
The driver of the pickup truck, Nakia P. Wilkerson, 39, of Culpeper, was transported to Lansdowne Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Wilkerson was charged for failing to obey a traffic light.
The crash remains under investigation, according to VSP.
