Husband's Epic Fall Shows Dangers Of Black Ice: Video

A wife's video of her husband trying not to fall on black ice was posted to Facebook by a Loudoun County woman. It's since gone viral.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Now that the sub-freezing temperatures and winter mixes have more or less cleared out for the next several days, we won't have to worry about slipping, sliding and falling on that infamous phenomenon known as black ice. But, boy oh boy, the past couple of weeks have been, in a word, treacherous — for vehicles and also for unsuspecting pedestrians.

Just check out this video on Facebook posted by Kelly Bonser Besecker of Ashburn of her husband as he tries to keep his footing on a driveway covered in a glaze of ice. No doubt many will empathize with the poor fellow as he flails and falls. The video has been shared more than 725,000 times and viewed 27 million times since she posted it Tuesday.

One viewer said they would be tempted to call in sick with those weather conditions. Another commented, "It’s like funny but not."
