Creepy Clown Chases Girl on Ashburn Trail: LCSO

ASHBURN, VA — A teen girl said she was chased by a man dressed up like a clown on a trail in Ashburn, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that on Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. a juvenile reported that while running along a trail that starts at the intersection of Plymouth Place and Shellhorn Road in Ashburn she observed a male leaning up against a tree who appeared to be sick.

She stated that she went to check his welfare and about 15 ft. before approaching him, he lunged at her and began chasing her.

The male's face was reportedly painted like a clown and he was wearing an orange hat (unknown style), dark purple or maroon puffy shirt, and dark colored pants, according to the LCSO.
