Driver Exits Vehicle to Assault Pedestrian After Near Crash: LCSO
A driver allegedly got out of her vehicle and kicked a pedestrian after nearly crashing into him at a high rate of speed, Deputies say.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A driver exited her vehicle and assaulted a man, 35, after nearly crashing into him at a high rate of speed in a parking lot, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).
Deputies say that on Nov. 6 at 4:45 p.m. the victim reported an unknown female driver was traveling at a high rate of speed in the parking lot located in the 45400 block of Dulles Crossing Plaza in Sterling.
The vehicle almost struck the victim.

A confrontation ensued and the driver woman exited her vehicle and kicked him.
The driver then left the area.

The driver was described as a Black female and was wearing a tan Miami Heat hat, a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
The case is pending, according to the LCSO.
