Eddie Merlot's One Loudoun Location Set to Open in February

ASHBURN, VA — Eddie Merlot's restaurant is expected to open its doors to the public in Feb. 2017, according to a company spokesperson.

With locations in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, Eddie Merlot's specializes in prime aged beef and seafood. Eddie Merlot's boasts an impressive wine list. To view the menus, click here.

Presently under construction, the 11,097 square foot restaurant will have three private dining rooms.

"Our restaurants feature a contemporary, elegant interior design and an atmosphere where guests can relax and have a leisurely meal. The warmth and amber lighting in the dining room creates a romantic and glamorous atmosphere," said Jenny Boyd, Eddie Merlot's marketing coordinator.

Executive chef Duane Keller will be at the helm of the One Loudoun location. With more than 25 years of experience at fine hotels and restaurants along the East Coast and Canada, Keller has won numerous culinary awards over the years. A native of Saskatchewan, Keller’s trained under the world’s finest European chefs in Canada, including Gerald Ehler of Calgary.

Amenities at the One Loudoun location will include valet parking.
